Legal Assistant (Entry-Level)

In this role you will prepare and organize legal documents, manage and maintain case files, schedule appointments and court dates, draft correspondence, and serve as a key point of contact for clients, courts, and other parties. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that filings and paperwork are accurate and timely, which helps our attorneys stay focused on advocating for clients in family law matters. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. You will coordinate with paralegals and attorneys to gather information, maintain calendars, and research procedural requirements. You’ll also develop strong relationships with clients by providing updates, answering routine questions, and ensuring they feel heard and supported throughout their legal journey. Familiarity with legal terminology, proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software, and strong written and verbal communication skills are important for success in this position.
