Farmers Insurance, the premier auto/home/life insurance company in El Paso, is hiring highly motivated individuals to become professional insurance sales agents. Our company is growing rapidly and we are looking to train the right individuals for an amazing opportunity. We are seeking an insurance producer to join our team!
Responsibilities:
•Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
•Market suitable plans based on clients' needs
•Resolve client inquiries and complaints
•Expand business through networking techniques
Qualifications:
•Billingual
•Customer service and sales experience
•Ability to build rapport with clients
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to prioritize and multitask
•Ability to work in a team environment
•P&C license preferred, or must obtain upon hire.
