Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license for the state of Washington (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows considered
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with a diverse student population and collaborating with educators and families
• Comfortable supporting students across all grade levels (K-12)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop tailored treatment plans and provide direct therapy services to students with varying needs
• Engage with teachers, administrators, and parents to set appropriate goals and recommend interventions
• Monitor student progress, maintain detailed documentation, and prepare progress reports as required
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, offering professional input and support
• Serve as a resource to school staff regarding speech-language development and disorders
