Position Overview As an Assistant Branch Manager within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based at 679 Cross Keys Road, Sicklerville, NJ 08081. The role focuses on delivering an excellent customer experience, fostering an inclusive workplace, and leading a high‑performing branch team. Job Description Supports all aspects of branch performance, building a high‑performing team through attraction, onboarding, coaching, and development. Leads through influence, impacting a broad range of ecosystem partners in an omni‑channel environment. Drives revenue and loyalty through proactive client interactions. Manages, coaches, and executes a proactive client experience, providing solutions and advice to improve client financial well‑being. Manages the branded sales process to achieve sales targets and customer loyalty, growing branch revenue through acquisition and share‑of‑wallet. Drives the employee experience, acquiring and retaining talent, coaching employees to meet performance expectations, and assisting in performance management. Manages operational, human capital, reputational, and business risk through adherence to established policies and procedures, exercising sound decision‑making to identify and mitigate potential risk. Employee Expectations Customer‑Focused: Knowledgeable of values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions. Managing Risk: Assessing and effectively managing all risks associated with business objectives and activities to support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $53,625.00 – $89,375.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
