Join Westmoreland Manor, a premier Nursing Home, as a Self Schedule RN or Self Schedule LPN and become part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional care to residents in a County-owned facility. For over 150 years, we have been providing quality health care and physical rehabilitation services to the residents of Westmoreland County.

Job Summary:

As a Self-Scheduler, you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule and work a minimum of 72 hours per month, with a minimum of 24 hours being worked on off-shifts (3p.m. -11 p.m. and 11 p.m.-7a.m) and 24 hours being worked on weekends (7p Friday – 7am Monday) per month. Prior nurse experience in long-term care is required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment

• Maintain a valid registration with the Pennsylvania State Board of Nurse Examiners (License)

• Possess and maintain physical ability to do heavy lifting

• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve positive patient outcomes

• Adhere to attendance rules and guidelines, which are subject to change

Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalency

• Prior nurse experience in long-term care required

• Must possess and maintain a valid registration with Pennsylvania State Board of Nurse Examiners (License)
