Responsibilities
- Coordinate client assessments, care plans, and family communication.
- Recruit, onboard, schedule, and support caregivers.
- Monitor client satisfaction and quality of care.
- Maintain client records, caregiver files, and service documentation.
- Assist with timesheets, payroll coordination, and daily office operations.
- Build relationships with healthcare providers and community referral partners.
- Help ensure compliance with Washington State regulations and company policies.
