Some of our most successful employees are those that joined the team with no experience at all, but many others were once servers, restaurant workers, mechanics, retail employees, landscapers, and other skilled trade workers!/ppWhat our Shop Managers love about Take 5:/pulliEarn up to $55k+ per year as a Shop Manager/liliFree oil changes!/liliFull-time employees get paid time off/liliHealth, vision, dental insurance/lili401(k) company match for all employees/li/ulpAs a Take 5 Shop Manager, your job will include:/pulliRecruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training new crew members/liliCreating crew schedules submit payroll/liliControlling inventory: Conduct end of period (EOP) and end of year (EOY) inventory/liliPlacing product orders and physically restocking inventory as necessary/liliUnderstanding the shops financials to drive results and utilize budget wisely/liliConducting quarterly employee evaluations/liliSupporting crew members with duties such as changing oil and performing other auto services/liliDrain motor oil, change oil filters, and perform other auto services as necessary/liliProviding excellent customer service/li/ulpAll our Shop Managers need to meet the following requirements:/pulliMust be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds/liliMust be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3 deep pit to position yourself safely under cars/liliMust be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning/liliMust be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary/liliMust have reliable transportation to and from the shop/liliMust be willing to work early hours and up to 55 hours per week on occasion/liliMust have basic computer operating skills/li/ulpPosition Location: Ohio/ppCompensation Range: $43,800.00 - $72,200.00/ppCompensation Frequency: Annual/ppBase pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
