$50,000+ earning potential | $12/hour base pay plus uncapped commission

ACME Athletics is hiring a Membership Sales Representative to join our founding sales team.

At 95,000 square feet, ACME is Clarksville's premium athletic and wellness club, bringing training, recreation, recovery, and community together under one roof. ACME is open now, with additional amenities coming online soon and the full club opening on December 15, 2026

This is an ongoing sales position, not a temporary presale assignment. You will help enroll the first 500 members at special founding rates, then continue selling memberships as ACME grows beyond the Founding 500 campaign.

What You'll Sell

ACME memberships are designed for households seeking a complete athletic and wellness experience in one destination.

Members may have access to:

• A full strength and functional training floor
• Indoor pickleball
• Personal training
• ACME 541, our coached small-group strength training program
• Reformer Pilates and instructor-led Spin
• ACME Revive, our private recovery wing
• Resort-style men's and women's locker rooms, each featuring a sauna, steam room, cold plunge, and hot tub
• Household and guest benefits

The club is expanding in stages, with additional training areas, boutique studios, Revive, and resort-style locker rooms coming online as ACME moves toward full operation .

What You'll Do

• Respond quickly to new membership inquiries
• Contact and reactivate prospects from ACME's existing database
• Follow up by phone, text, and email
• Schedule and conduct facility tours
• Understand each prospect's goals and recommend the right membership
• Explain membership options and founding-rate availability
• Handle objections and ask for the sale
• Complete enrollment and membership paperwork
• Follow up with no-shows and undecided prospects
• Track leads, appointments, tours, and sales in our CRM
• Complete agreements and billing through Mindbody
• Support referrals, events, walk-ins, evenings, and weekends
• Own the prospect relationship from first contact through enrollment

Speed matters. You will be expected to respond quickly, follow up consistently, and move qualified prospects from first contact to completed membership.

This is a performance-based sales role. Your earnings and future opportunities will be tied to measurable production, not simply time spent at the club.

Who We're Looking For

• Comfortable speaking with new people
• Willing to make calls, follow up, handle objections, and ask for the sale
• Organized, competitive, coachable, and consistent
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends
• Motivated by measurable goals and performance-based pay
• Sales, fitness, hospitality, retail, or customer-service experience preferred
• Able to work on-site in Clarksville, Tennessee

Compensation and Growth Opportunity

• $12 per hour through W-2 employment
• Uncapped performance-based commission
• $50,000+ earning potential for high-performing sales representatives

This role begins with a stable hourly base and uncapped commission while ACME builds and optimizes its founding sales system.

As ACME grows beyond the Founding 500 campaign, proven sales performers may have the opportunity to move into higher-responsibility roles and future compensation structures with greater upside. Future compensation changes are not guaranteed and will depend on individual performance, collected memberships, business growth, and the needs of the sales team.

Specific compensation terms are governed by the written compensation plan.
