Manager ER RN

Immediate need for a talented Manager ER RN. This is a Fulltime opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Independence, MO(Onsite). Job ID: 26-30488 Pay Range: $47.84 - $71.78/hour. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Emergency Department team to deliver exceptional patient care. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and hospital policies. Collaborate with medical staff to optimize patient flow and care delivery. Oversee staff performance, providing mentorship and training as needed. Implement best practices to enhance patient outcomes and departmental efficiency. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 2+ years of recent Acute Care ED Charge RN experience. Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, ENPC. Additional leadership experience in a healthcare setting. Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
