Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical/Surgical setting with a focus on orthopedic patients
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Maintain professional bedside manner and deliver high-quality, compassionate care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient outcomes
• Fulfill staffing needs on assigned night shifts as scheduled

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2–3 years of nursing experience in a Medical/Surgical setting
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Permanent address must be greater than 50 miles from the facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
• Experience caring for orthopedic patient populations
