Equestrian Guide

Job Description Candidate will serve to lead guided trail rides as well as assist with cleaning of facilities, grooming, and mucking stalls. The role is part‑time, scheduled 3 to 4 days per week, with preference for weekday and weekend availability. Key responsibilities include: Groom and tack trail horses for use on tours; Assist in mounting and dismounting guests on horseback tours; Clean and inspect saddles, bridles, and other tack; Feed and water horses; Inspect and repair paddock fences and other facilities; Clean and maintain helmets and other guest‑use PPE; Lead trail rides, children’s lead‑line rides, and “Meet the Horses” experiences; Lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Qualifications High school education or equivalent; Experience with trail horses, western tack, and stables (a plus); Must pass pre‑employment screening, background check, and possess a valid vehicle operator’s license with a good driving record.
