Roles & Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients to help them restore function and mobility
• Develop and update personalized treatment and discharge plans that evolve with each patient's progress
• Document services accurately and timely to ensure seamless, well-coordinated care
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Techs, empowering the whole team to deliver excellent care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to create a supportive recovery environment
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards to protect patients and staff

Qualifications

• You are a graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
• You hold an active Physical Therapy license in Massachusetts, or are ready to obtain one
• You bring strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills to every patient interaction
• You are flexible and adaptable, ready to thrive in diverse facilities, schedules, and patient needs

Education

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in physical therapy evaluation, treatment planning, and direct patient care
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills to identify patient needs
• Ability to supervise and mentor rehab team members effectively
• Excellent documentation and communication skills for clear, accurate records
• Knowledge of safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient populations
