Master Data Governance Manager Base salary from $120,000-$145,000. One of our clients, a major Retailer, is looking for a talented Master Data Governance Manager. Responsibilities: Responsible for owning enterprise master data standards, ensure master data integrity across divisions, and define data conversion logic between legacy ERP systems and Infor M3 CloudSuite. Work closely with business users and implementation partners to prepare, cleanse, transform, and validate data to ensure optimal conditions for ERP migration and ongoing data entry at the corporate level. Own data mapping and conversion logic between legacy ERP platforms and Infor M3 CloudSuite Define and enforce corporate master data standards for product, style, color, vendor, customer, and reference data. Establish naming conventions, coding structures, and attribute requirements. Lead data cleansing, transformation, and validation activities for each migration wave. Partner with consultants and business teams to execute data extraction, transformation, and loading cycles. Monitor master data quality metrics and implement controls to sustain data integrity. Provide guidance and training to business users on master data standards and data entry practices. Serve as corporate authority for master data readiness prior to ERP go-lives. Skills: Strong understanding of product and merchandising master data. Experience working with external consultants and internal business stakeholders. Ability to drive enterprise standards across decentralized organizations. 5+ years of experience in ERP master data management, data governance, or data conversion. Proven experience defining data mapping and conversion logic in ERP implementations. Strong understanding of product and merchandising master data. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Minimum of 5+ years of experience in ERP master data management, data governance, or data conversion. Proven experience defining data mapping and conversion logic in ERP implementations. Strong understanding of product and merchandising master data. Experience working with external consultants and internal business stakeholders. Ability to drive enterprise standards across decentralized organizations. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Infor M3 or Infor CloudSuite. Retail, footwear, or apparel industry experience. Familiarity with data migration methodologies and tools.
