They are looking to acquire several companies per year to achieve their inorganic growth goals and act as a true company builder. We are looking for someone experienced in working with German founders and entrepreneurs and extensive deal experience in a private equity fund or the M&A team of a PE‑backed portfolio company. A natural networker who can source deals bilaterally and build a network in the industry, based on trust. This position will report directly into the CEO, has significant investor exposure and will be essential for driving growth across the business.
