Driver (CNA) – $19–$25/hour

At Olympic View Post Acute, our Transportation Specialists make sure residents get to appointments, outings, and destinations safely and with dignity — combining hands-on caregiving with the independence of a driving role. If you're a licensed CNA who's dependable, compassionate, and comfortable on the road, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

• Safely transport residents to and from appointments and destinations, following all facility policies and procedures

• Assist residents in and out of wheelchairs and gurneys, using proper lifting and transfer techniques

• Operate and maintain transportation equipment in line with safety guidelines

• Keep accurate Transportation and Mileage Logs

• Maintain resident identification records during transfers per policy

• Build positive relationships with residents, co-workers, and outside professionals

• Report any unsafe conditions or equipment issues to your supervisor

• Maintain strict confidentiality of resident and facility information (HIPAA)

• Participate in ongoing in-service training, workshops, and seminars

What You'll Need

• Active CNA license (required)

• Valid state driver's license in good standing

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience caring for seniors preferred

• Ability to lift/transfer residents up to 50 lbs. independently (up to 100+ lbs. with assistance)

• Strong communication and customer service skills, with empathy for residents and families

• Ability to pass an annual TB screening and physical exam
