Key Responsibilities: - Direct property operations and staff, ensuring cost-effectiveness. - Develop and manage the annual budget to maintain targeted occupancy. - Hire, train, and motivate staff, fostering a positive workplace culture. - Handle applications, re-certifications, and compliance documentation. - Supervise financial operations, including rent collection and delinquency management. - Lead marketing and leasing activities to attract and retain residents. - Ensure community rules are enforced and maintain strong resident relations. - Oversee maintenance, repairs, and landscaping to enhance property appeal. Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED. - Minimum 1 year of experience in property management. - HCCP, CAM, ARM, or similar certifications recommended. - Strong communication skills for interacting with residents and staff. - Proficient math and reasoning skills for budget management and problem-solving. - Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
