People Caring For And About People. Your Role as a Admissions Coordinator Communicate with hospitals/referral sources regarding acceptance or denial status. Create and manage admission charts, required information and document within the appropriate time frame. Conduct facility tours for prospective residents and families. Maintain daily communication with the Central Intake team Complete sign-in with all new admissions Provide outstanding customer service and family Communicate with Central Intake regarding bed management Support external marketing and relationship-building efforts What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred. Knowledge of long-term care operational standards and regulations Strong ability to make independent decisions and demonstrate leadership skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Commitment to delivering the highest quality of care in the most personalized way Must project a positive attitude and promote the facility and its staff/residents in a positive manner Capability to follow written and verbal instructions and work both independently and collaboratively Ability to remain calm and effectively manage stress in a healthcare setting Your Next Step Starts Here!
