Summary The Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) delivers rapid‑response, high‑quality patient care in a fast‑paced emergency department setting. The nurse assesses patient conditions, implements urgent care plans, administers life‑saving treatments, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high‑quality, efficient, patient‑centered care.
