Home Health Registered Nurse

RN Home Visits PositionRN to conduct home visits position entails visiting patients in their home for skilled nursing assessment, wound care, medication management, health care management, etc. The position requires a person with a reliable vehicle to visit a patient's home to perform skilled nursing visits. Nursing visits take approximately 1 hour in length for each visit. The qualified candidate will be knowledgeable with documenting care provided during visits by body systems. Accurate, thorough, precise, objective documentation is a requirement for this position. This position is PRN and is not full time.A Registered Nurse's primary role is to ensure that every patient receives the direct and proper care they need. Registered nurses (RNs) provide and coordinate patient care, educate patients and the public about various health conditions, and provide advice and emotional support to patients and their families.
