Job Description Guided Care Services is seeking dependable and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in residential and community-based settings. DSPs play a vital role in promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life for the individuals we serve. Responsibilities Assist individuals with daily living activities (ADLs) Provide supervision and ensure safety Support community outings and engagement Complete daily documentation and reports Follow individualized service plans (ISPs) Maintain a respectful and professional environment Requirements Must be 18 years or older High School Diploma or GED required Valid Driver’s License (preferred) Must pass background checkMust be reliable and able to report to scheduled shifts Important Expectations This position requires dependability and professionalism.
