Maintain accurate and up-to-date policy information to ensure all clients remain properly protected. Requirements Active Virginia Property and Casualty insurance license. Three or more years of experience managing personal or commercial lines accounts. Strong command of agency management software and digital documentation tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain complex policy details. Deep understanding of the local Hampton insurance market and regional risk factors. Commitment to continuous learning and industry certification.
