Job Overview Independent practice opportunity for Urology Physicians. Physicians maintain ownership and operational control of their practice while MedCBO provides non‑clinical support services. Responsibilities Provide patient care within the physician’s specialty scope. Develop professional relationships within the medical community. Participate in payer credentialing and manage clinical quality and patient experience. Determine clinical services offered. Administrative Support Provided by MedCBO Practice formation coordination. Billing and collections management. Payer contract negotiation. Financial infrastructure and reporting. Operational workflows and staffing systems. Technology platform and implementation. Requirements MD or DO with unrestricted license in good standing in the intended state of practice. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology. Eligible for hospital and/or facility privileges where applicable. Ability to obtain professional liability coverage at standard market rates. No current limitations, exclusions, or disciplinary restrictions that would prevent independent practice. Interest in the independent practice model. Preferred Desire for practice ownership. Interest in community‑based care. Leadership or program development interest. Location Multiple U.S. markets available; relocation and market selection are physician‑directed, subject to licensure.
