Pay & Benefits

• Pay: $50.69/hour

What You'll Do

• Scrub liver transplant surgeries independently, including complex liver resections and Whipple procedures
• Assist in large open belly cases, including general, urology, thoracic, gyn, plastics, and free flap surgeries
• Operate and troubleshoot specialized equipment such as DaVinci XI
• Maintain aseptic technique and ensure patient safety throughout surgical procedures
• Collaborate with surgical team for optimal patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment
• Prepare operating rooms and assist with case setups, cleanup, and sterilization processes
• Support surgical staff during scheduled call hours, including holiday coverage as required

What You Need

Required:

• NBSTSA Certified Surgical Tech (CST)
• BCLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of surgical tech experience, strong background in liver transplants and open belly cases
• Proven ability to scrub liver recipient transplants independently
• Experience with diverse surgeries including general, urology, thoracic, gyn, plastics, Whipple, and liver resections

Preferred:

• Experience with DaVinci Xi robotic system
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts with call and holiday coverage
