IT Project Lead

Job Description:
- Responsible for enabling the Security team that supports the T3 Transformation program and their technology or software needs.
- This position works collaboratively with the Security Embedded Engineering (SEE) team, defining priorities for their security support activities.
- This position also serves as a liaison between the business, other groups within ITx, and project-focused scrum teams, prioritizing needs, documenting requirements, helping to identify solutions, and overseeing implementation details.
- Proven experience leading and delivering cross functional IT projects
- Proven experience collaborating with Business, Application, Identity management, Security, Infrastructure, Data and other external or vendor teams
- Good understanding of AWS, Java, Identity management and Middleware technologies (This is not a hands-on technical role)
- Good understanding of Agile or Scrum methodology and experience working with Scrum teams (This is not a Scrum Master role)
- Hands on experience with Jira and Confluence tools
- Roadmap and Release planning
- Impediment resolution or Escalations
- Schedule management
- Budget management and tracking
- Issue and Risk management
- Coordinate cross functional testing
- Facilitate cross functional meetings
- Develop and Publish Project Status and KPIs
- Good communication skills
- Some security or Cloud knowledge
- Someone handling IT projects (Cloud, security exp is preferred)
