Pediatric Home Health Nurse (RN/LPN) - Flexible Shifts

Pediatric Home Service (PHS) in Hutchinson, MN is hiring for skilled pediatric nurses to join our at-home care team. You’ll provide one-on-one nursing in home and school settings, support families, and follow individualized care plans.

You’ll monitor patient conditions, administer medications and therapies, perform trach, ventilator and G-tube care, document accurately, and collaborate with the care team for safe, compassionate pediatric care.
