We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a route delivery driver. This opportunity is full time and has the possibility to become a union represented position.

A qualified candidate will have a Class A CDL and be willing to work long shifts when needed. A summary of the position is as follows:

Delivers orders to retail food stores, mass merchandiser accounts, convenience stores, and restaurants, with products such as soft drinks, sports drinks, energy drinks, tea, juice, and coffee. Performing the following duties:

• Calls on and delivers to all customers they are given sales deliveries for.
• Drives truck to deliver beverage product to customer's place of business in highway, and city street conditions in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Works without direct supervision, effectively resolves customer complaints when necessary.
• Places stock on shelves, in coolers, or on racks and, ensures products are rotated, and properly labeled.
• Collects or picks up empty containers and rejected or unsold merchandise.
• Operates computerized inventory, delivery, and invoicing system correctly.
• Issues or obtains customer signature on receipt for pickup or delivery.
• Promotes and cultivates good customer relationships through professional, courteous, and quality service.
• Collects money from customers.
• Keeps assigned company vehicle clean and performs daily inspection and routine fluid, air, and oil maintenance and record keeping procedures.
• Wears Company provided uniform and presents a professional image to customers and the workplace.
• Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.

The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularity lift and/or move up to 70 pounds unassisted and occasionally lift/or move objects weighing up to 200 pounds using a hand truck or other manual lifting device.

Hours of work are typically 4, 10-12 hour days.

Schedule may be modified for Tuesday - Saturday delivery schedule.
