Job Overview

• Required Qualifications & Submission Profile

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent specialty experience is required . Having at least 1 completed travel contract is preferred.
• Licensure: * Active Illinois (IL) License is required at the time of submission.
  • Active Iowa (IA) License is required upon offer.
• Certifications: BLS & ACLS (Must be American Heart Association).
• Employment Restriction: Cannot have been an employee of UnityPoint Health within the last 12 months.
• Profile Checklist: Driver's License, updated Resume, Skills Checklist (completed within 1 year), License Verifications, Certifications, and 1 Supervisory Reference required upfront.
