Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–7:30 PM
On-Call: Yes
Location: Winfield, KS 67156
Work Type: 100% Onsite
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician for an onsite position. Candidates should have a strong technical background and be comfortable working independently in an onsite support environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair, test, image, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, monitors, and printers
- Install, configure, and support hardware, software, and peripherals
- Handle PC refreshes, printer migrations, and IMAC activities
- Manage and follow up on support tickets
- Provide basic server and network troubleshooting/support
- Assist with backups, upgrades, patches, and equipment maintenance
- Provide friendly, professional face-to-face support to end users
- Assist with asset management and documentation
- Work independently while managing multiple projects and priorities
Requirements
- Drug and background screening
- Reliable transportation
- 3–7 years of relevant IT experience
- Strong technical/troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable working 100% onsite
- Must be available for the 11:00 AM–7:30 PM shift
- Must be available for on-call support
