Line Chef
Taste & Sea in Glen Mills is looking for an experienced Line Cook / Chef to join our kitchen team. This is not an entry-level position. Prior professional kitchen experience is required.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong attention to quality and presentation
- Experience working on a restaurant line
- Strong knife, prep, and cooking skills
- Experience grilling and sautéing prime cuts of steak, chops, pork, whole fish, shellfish, and seafood
- Experience with classic stock production
- A great work ethic and dependability
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
- Must be available nights, weekends, and select holidays
Full-time Compensation: Hourly — Based on Experience
