Pathfinder Global Initiative: The Pathfinder Global Initiative is LESSO's flagship program designed to develop future international leaders and support the company's continued global growth. Through this initiative, we recruit high-potential professionals from around the world and provide comprehensive training at our global headquarters in Shunde, China, as well as at our factories and sales offices throughout the country. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will transition into Sales Manager roles in a U.S. metropolitan area aligned with their experience and knowledge of the local market. This role provides an opportunity to develop new business, establish customer relationships, and help expand LESSO's presence in growing markets. In early 2024, before the launch of the Pathfinder Global Initiative, LESSO had local sales teams in 20 cities across 10 countries outside China. Today, our sales and marketing teams are based in more than 150 cities across 60 countries outside China. LESSO America LESSO America Inc. is headquartered in Corona, California. We have six warehouses serving the piping solutions community across the United States: Philadelphia, PA Markham, IL Fort Worth, TX The Pathfinder Global Initiative is recruiting qualified candidates who are located within approximately a four-hour drive of one of our warehouse locations. Requirements: Legally authorized to work in the United States. Proficient in Chinese. Familiar with a U.S. metropolitan area ("Your Metro Area"), preferably with educational or professional experience in the area. Demonstrated willingness and ability to learn LESSO's products, services, and business operations within a short period of time. Strong problem-solving and business development skills, with the ability to leverage LESSO's global resources to develop business opportunities within Your Metro Area. Demonstrated leadership potential and the ability to develop and manage a local sales team. Role: Participate in approximately six weeks of training in China as part of the Pathfinder Global Initiative. Upon successful completion of the training program, return to Your Metro Area and transition into a Sales Manager role. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and business partners within the assigned market. Identify new business opportunities and support the expansion of LESSO's products and services within the local market. Work closely with LESSO's global teams and utilize company resources to support business development and market growth.
