Location: Milpitas, California Job Type: Permanent Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 per year Work Hours: 8am to 4pm Education: Bachelors Responsibilities Lead the development of innovative electromechanical products from early concepts all the way through manufacturing, taking ownership of projects from start to finish Work directly with clients and cross functional engineering teams to solve complex technical challenges and deliver high quality products on time Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies in SolidWorks, applying your experience with machined parts, plastics, sheet metal and other manufacturing processes Get hands-on with prototypes, testing and product validation, using tools like FEA, tolerance analysis and engineering calculations to ensure successful designs Share your knowledge by mentoring junior engineers while helping drive technical excellence across multiple product development projects Bring 6+ years of product development experience, proven mechanical design skills and a passion for creating innovative products that make it from concept to real world Qualifications Experience level: Experienced Minimum 6 years of experience Education: Bachelors Skills Mechanical Mechanical Engineering Project Management Product Design Equal Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.
