Production Technicians (1st, 2nd, 3rd Shift) LA VERGNE, TN Immediately Temporary/Contract Description Move Forward with Volt! Volt is immediately hiring multiple production technicians in La Vergne, TN. As a production technician, you will: Test and diagnostics of servers and components. Repair or replace parts as necessary for servers Troubleshoots technical issues and complete applicable documentation. Use of tools and test equipment of various types, to diagnose issues servers Disassembles and/or reassembles units according to the applicable work instructions. Orders correct parts using the proper procedures. Tests unit according to work instructions and process flows. Responsible for inspecting products to ensure they are labeled correctly. Responsible for completing applicable paperwork completely and accurately. Responsible for entering repair data accurately into the QMS shop floor system Document and communicate repair issues to engineering Data collection and analysis for use in problem solving a continuous improvement Other duties as assigned by management. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity. Schedule Monday Friday 1st shift Schedule A - 6am - 2:30pm Schedule B - 7:00am-3:30pm 2nd shift Schedule A - 3:30pm - 12am Schedule B - 4:30pm-1:00am 3rd shift Schedule A - Sunday 8pm - 6:30am / Monday - Thursday 12am - 6:30am Schedule B - Monday - Friday 11pm - 6am The ideal candidate will have: CompTIA A+ certification is required, Able to lift 50 pounds repetitively Able to communicate in English Able to use computer Able to work on weekends High school diploma or equivalent.
