Are you a dependable leader who loves working outdoors and takes pride in a crisp, clean lawn? We are looking for a highly motivated and responsible Experienced Landscaping Crew Leader to join our team.

In this role, you will lead a dedicated crew specializing in residential lawn mowing and routine property maintenance . If you have a solid background in commercial mowing, a strong work ethic, and great leadership skills, we want to hear from you!

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Crew Leadership: Direct, supervise, and work alongside a crew to ensure daily residential mowing routes are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
• Lawn Care & Maintenance: Safely operate commercial mowing equipment (zero-turns, walk-behinds, stand-ons), weed trimmers, edgers, and blowers.
• Property Quality Control: Ensure all residential properties are left looking pristine (clean lines, properly edged borders, and no left-behind debris).
• Equipment Care: Perform basic daily equipment checks, routine maintenance, and ensure all tools and trucks are properly loaded and secured.
• Safety & Communication: Maintain a safe work environment for your crew and serve as a professional point of contact for clients when on-site.

 

Qualifications & Requirements

 

• Mowing Experience: Minimum 2 years of commercial lawn mowing experience required.
• Valid Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record (capable of driving a truck and trailer).
• Strong Leadership: Highly motivated, self-driven, and reliable with a positive attitude.
• Physical Stamina: Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and capable of lifting 50+ lbs as needed.
