Take-Up Operator I (Power Cable Production)

Location: Starkville, MS Shift: Day Shift Pay: $18.92/hr.

This role is the backbone of our production process, ensuring that high-quality power cables are accurately processed and prepared for our customers. What You’ll Do

• Master Equipment Operations: Operate and monitor take-up machines, printers, rework lines, and re-spoolers to keep our production lines moving efficiently.

• Quality Assurance: Perform critical inspections, including measuring product Outer Diameter (O.D.) and verifying that insulated products meet all quality specifications.

• Support Production Flow: Assist the line operator during machine changeovers, prepare raw materials/reels, and manage the loading/unloading process to minimize downtime.

• Precision Documentation: Interpret Bill of Materials (BOM) orders and utilize internal systems (like Advaris) to maintain accurate production records.

• Maintain Safety & Standards: Keep your workspace clean and organized, adhering to ISO quality standards and strict safety protocols, including the proper handling of materials.
