Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Senior Construction Estimator/Cost Segregation Senior Associate to join their dynamic team.Position Responsibilities:Prepare comprehensive fixed asset engagements including cost segregation and fixed asset review studiesLearn to research issues related to cost segregation and fixed asset matters and be able to articulate or prepare documentation related to such mattersDevelop industry expertise to help yourself become help an indelible member of the cost segregation practiceHelp train, monitor, and develop staff as the department growsThis is a remote opportunity, but only candidates that reside near an Aprio office will be consideredTravel 20%-30% to NE region of USQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required.3+ years of work experience within a cost segregation practice or a related field such as building inspection or appraisals, engineering related work, architecture, or building construction positionsProficient in Adobe Pro DC, MS products including Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and the ability to learn new software as neededKnowledge of RS Means and Marshall and SwiftStrong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skillsStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects effectively and timelyAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamPotential travel 20%-30%$70,000 - $133,500 a yearThe salary range for this opportunity is stated above. As such, an actual salary may fall closer to one or the other end of the range, and in certain circumstances, may wind up being outside of the listed salary range.
