ServiceNow Developer(In-Person Interview)

Key Responsibilities: Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including Incident, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB, Asset Management, ITOM, and HAM . Design and maintain integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, Scripted REST APIs, REST Messages, and middleware . Develop and maintain scoped applications while following application scope, cross-scope, CSDM, and platform licensing best practices. Gather requirements and translate business processes into scalable ServiceNow solutions. Perform testing, upgrades, patches, code reviews, and quality assurance; ATF experience is a plus. Support platform security through ACLs, security properties, data classification, and Health Scan remediation . Create technical documentation, integration runbooks, workflows, and knowledge articles. Leverage ServiceNow Now Assist, Build Agent, Virtual Agent, and Predictive Intelligence capabilities. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide technical guidance to administrators and development teams. Required Skills: 5+ years ServiceNow development/configuration experience. Strong ITSM/ITOM/HAM and CMDB experience. IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs . ServiceNow configuration, workflow automation, access control, reporting, and integrations. Understanding of CSDM and ServiceNow platform licensing . Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr Xaxis Solutions
