What We Offer:

• $15,000 Sign-On Bonus for experienced nurses

Position Overview:


As a Professional Staff Nurse , you'll deliver high-quality, patient-centered care using Relationship-Based Care principles. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participate in continuous learning, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, compassionate perioperative nursing care
• Apply evidence-based practice and participate in quality initiatives
• Support patient and family education
• Engage in professional development and team collaboration
• Perform scrub role (required for RNs hired on or after July 17, 2023)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of six months of nursing experience preferred

Licensure, Certifications & Clearances:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
• Act 34 Clearance (with renewal as required)
