What We Offer:

$15,000 Sign-On Bonus for experienced nurses
$20,000 Loan Repayment Program for new graduate RNs (paid over 3 years; prorated for eligible roles)
Flexible Scheduling - 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts after orientation
Up to 5.5 Weeks PTO + 7 Paid Holidays annually
Tuition Reimbursement up to $6,000/year (plus RN-BSN/MSN options at no cost for UPMC employees)

Position Overview:

As a Professional Staff Nurse , you'll deliver high-quality, patient-centered care using Relationship-Based Care principles. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participate in continuous learning, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide safe, compassionate perioperative nursing care
Apply evidence-based practice and participate in quality initiatives
Support patient and family education
Engage in professional development and team collaboration
Perform scrub role (required for RNs hired on or after July 17, 2023)

Qualifications:

Minimum of six months of nursing experience preferred

Licensure, Certifications & Clearances:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
Act 34 Clearance (with renewal as required)
