AI & Data Program Manager

Job Family: Management Consulting Travel Required: Up to 10% Clearance Required: Ability to Obtain Public Trust What You Will Do: Guidehouse is seeking a Program Manager to lead a large, complex, regulator-facing data and AI modernization program. The Program Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery oversight, stakeholder engagement, financial management, and execution of an Agile program operating across technical and business workstreams. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide overall program leadership and accountability for scope, cost, schedule, and performance. Lead stakeholder engagement across IT and business partners, including supervision, economists, data scientists, executive leadership, and governance bodies. Manage program financials, budgeting, forecasting, and contract performance. Establish and oversee PMO governance, reporting, and performance management metrics. Lead Agile program execution, including roadmap development, release planning, and dependency management. Manage resources, staffing plans, and surge-up / surge-down activities. Oversee delivery quality and risk management across multiple technical workstreams. Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to senior client and Guidehouse leadership. What You Will Need: US Citizenship.is required Bachelor's degree is required Minimum of ten (10) years of experience leading large-scale IT and data programs. Demonstrated experience with budgeting, financial management, and PMO oversight. Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Experience delivering programs using Agile methodologies. PMP and/or PMI-ACP certification. What Would Be Nice to Have: Prior experience supporting financial services regulators Experience managing cloud, Snowflake, or data platform modernization programs. AI and advanced analytics program experience. SAFe or additional Agile certifications. Cloud certifications (AWS, Snowflake etc.). Experience engaging with governance or executive oversight committees.
