Join us and become part of a global community that transforms lives through math! Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging mathematical instruction using the Mathnasium Method . Provide personalized instruction in small groups, addressing each student's unique needs. Motivate and encourage students during sessions to foster a positive learning experience. Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback. Create a dynamic and enthusiastic learning environment. Collaborate with center leadership and staff to meet student needs. Assist with non-teaching tasks as needed. Qualifications: Demonstrated experience working with early learners (PreK-Elementary) Strong math skills, with proficiency at least through Algebra I; higher-level math knowledge is a plus. A genuine passion for math and working with children. Excellent communication skills to explain concepts clearly. Ability to inspire and create a fun learning atmosphere. Willingness to learn and adapt to the Mathnasium Method . Reliable and responsible in fulfilling assigned duties. Must be eligible to work in the USA and pass a background check. Why Join Mathnasium?
