About this Position To coordinate the procurement of goods and services and an effective and efficient manner while assuring compliance with all applicable policies,proceduresand statutes. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or equivalent experience. Two (2) years of purchasing experience, finance, or accounting experience. Certifications, Registrations, and/or Licenses: Valid Driver's License. Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge: Ability to work underowninitiative. Plan daily activities and prioritize projects toassurethetimelydelivery of supplies and services. Must be competent in using good judgment to assure best methods in solicitations and procurement. Must be extremely competent in assuring all processes are free from errors, collusion and or impropriety. Experience working with Microsoft Word & Excel Preferred Qualifications Higher Education experience. Sci-quest /automated purchasing systems experience. Two years or more of Purchasing experience.
