Windsor Solutions is looking for someone early in their career who’s ready to grow into a Project Manager role.
This is a great opportunity if you’ve had some exposure to project work and want to build real ownership in a supportive, structured environment.
What you’ll do
- Keep projects organized and on track
- Coordinate timelines, tasks, and communication across teams
- Track progress, risks, and next steps
- Support client communication and status updates
- Learn to lead projects from start to finish
You’ll begin by supporting experienced Project Managers and gradually take ownership of your own projects.
What we’re looking for
- Around 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, IT, or a related field
- Exposure to project-based work (internships or entry-level roles count)
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Interest in growing into a Project Manager role
Nice to have
- Experience with software or SaaS projects
- Familiarity with Agile or tools like Jira
