• Primary: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Alternative schedule available: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Rose View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate, organized, and service-oriented Care Concierge to support residents, families, and visitors while enhancing the overall care experience. This role serves as a key point of contact within the facility, helping coordinate communication, support admissions, and ensure residents and families feel welcomed and informed throughout their stay.

The ideal candidate is professional, empathetic, and comfortable working in a healthcare setting with a strong focus on customer service and resident satisfaction.

Care Concierge Resident & Family Support

• Welcome residents, families, and visitors and provide guidance within the facility

• Support new residents and families during the transition and admission process

• Address general questions and concerns and connect individuals with appropriate departments

• Promote a warm, respectful, and resident-centered environment

Care Concierge Care Coordination & Communication

• Collaborate with nursing, admissions, social services, and interdisciplinary teams

• Assist with coordinating appointments, meetings, and care-related communication

• Help ensure smooth transitions for admissions, transfers, and discharges

• Maintain confidentiality of resident information in accordance with HIPAA and facility policies

Care Concierge Administrative & Concierge Support

• Answer and direct phone calls

• Assist with documentation, scheduling, and clerical tasks

• Coordinate tours for prospective residents and families

• Maintain an organized front desk and common areas

Care Concierge Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Prior experience in healthcare, concierge, admissions, hospitality, or customer service preferred

• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings is a plus

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Professional demeanor and ability to multitask

• Basic computer and administrative skills
