In addition to competitive pay of $16.00 to $20.68 per hour with bonuses, you will join a team that enjoys a supportive, family‑atmosphere office. Day to Day Work schedule: Monday–Friday 8:30 am–6:30 pm, Saturday 8:30 am–3:30 pm, one weekday off each week, Sundays off. Maintain customer relationships by spending most of your day on the phone or computer. Review applications, identify opportunities to renew agreements, and make calls to customers about expired agreements and accounts. Assist with issue resolution to facilitate renewal and prompt payment. Schedule voluntary turn‑ins of merchandise and conduct field pickups and door hangers. Manage the pace of calls, multitask, and stay focused on the customer to meet weekly goals. Ideal Collection Specialist Positive attitude that rises to challenges. Requirements Experience as a rental agent, account executive, account manager, account collection, or rent‑to‑own. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
