Job Profile The bank is recruiting a Financial Center Manager III who will be responsible for leading a team to meet the financial needs of customers through a valued consultative approach while providing exceptional customer service. Accountable for achieving defined financial metrics of revenue, loans, and deposit growth by recruiting and developing associates to surpass their performance objectives. Responsible for being involved within the community, helping drive business development, expense management, and overseeing the operational soundness of the banking center. Education Level High School Diploma or GED BS/BA degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience Work Experience 2 to 4 years of management experience License/Certification Requires registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS), OR Obtain an NMLS license after employment Duties/Responsibilities Demonstrate and educate associates to share the bank’s full scope of resources, including traditional in-branch services, digital capabilities, and business partner resources Ensure that personal, associate, and branch goals are met by providing valued solutions and recommendations uncovered through a needs-based philosophy Ensures all departmental documents and activities are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures as applicable to this position, including completion of required compliance training Facilitate consumer loan requests: solicit loan requests; maintain knowledge of loan policies and procedures; assist with branch(s)’ consumer loan portfolio(s); coach staff(s) to sell and handle consumer loan requests in an effective manner Lead a partner-centric team that works with small businesses, corporate and institutional partners, and mortgage and financial advisors Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by retaining and developing highly engaged associates Manages all goal attainment, service, marketing, and operations of the banking center Meet regularly with staff(s) regarding time management, communication skills, goal progress, regular business, bank security, and operational policies to build employees’ confidence, competency, and efficiency Process customer requests and transactions in a positive, accurate, and professional manner while engaging in a genuine conversation to help identify needs and recommend solutions Recruit, train, develop, evaluate, and coach staff to ensure expectations for their positions are met Responsible for growing existing and developing new small business banking relationships within the market through outside client-facing activity Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned Skills/Knowledge/Abilities Ability to effectively motivate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations, to customers, clients, and other employees in the organization Ability to manage and lead an effective sales process while supporting excellent customer service Ability to share and disseminate information in a consistent and impactful manner Embrace and positively lead a group through the ever-evolving and fast-paced banking environment MS Office programs Understand and utilize social media platforms to help share brand awareness and obtain market knowledge Working Conditions Ability to provide support and guidance at other banking institutions within the market Occasional travel for meetings, training, bank conversion, and acquisition support (sporadic and minimal overnight or out of town) Benefits/Perks 401K with substantial employer match Discounted Stock Purchase Plan Free and Supplemental AD&D Insurance Free and Supplemental Life Insurance Free Physical, Financial, and Legal Counseling Services Free Well-being Program Health Savings Account (including a company contribution) Major Medical, Dental, and Vision Paid Maternity and Paternity Leave Paid Time Off Profit Sharing contribution with eligibility Up to 10 Paid Company Holidays Employer’s Statement Simmons First National Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
