Responsibilities & Qualifications Full Time 40+ Hours per week – Set Schedule Understand the building materials marketplace and know product features Work to meet prospect customers’ needs – Excellent customer service skills Effective suggestive and upgrade selling and add‑on sales Effective closing technique Quote follow up – quote to order conversion Share expertise with others Discretionary profit share after one year of employment Six paid holidays and PTO immediately Compensation $19 - $21 per hour with annual performance based raises.
