Direct Support Professional (Relief) (Shoreline) Relief Professional in Lynnwood, WA. Salary: $21.95 – $22.95 per hour. Job Summary As a Direct Support Professional, you will empower adults with developmental disabilities to live full, meaningful lives. You will support individuals in developing essential life skills, maintain independence in their own homes, and encourage active participation as valued members of the community. This relief role does not have regularly scheduled hours; you will work intermittently as needed. Responsibilities Support individuals with developmental disabilities in developing life skills. Maintain their independence in their homes. Encourage active community participation. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Clear criminal history and pass a background check. At least 18 years of age. Licensing and Certifications CPR/First Aid license within 30 days of hire. Current driver’s license, car, and car insurance. Preferred Qualifications Current NAR/CNA certification. Current 75‑hour certification (Long‑Term Care Worker) or exemption letter.
