Location: North Windham, CT.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. This role is primarily responsible for front desk duties while also providing support to our Customer Service team with order entry and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Assist Customer Service team with order entry and basic support.
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience preferred).
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus.
