The RN will provide intensive monitoring and care for critically ill cardiac patients, including use of intra‑aortic balloon pumps, temporary pacemakers, and continuous renal replacement therapy. The RN may also assist in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab and respond to cardiac and respiratory arrests.
