Upon hire: Texas Physical Therapy Assistant License. Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. Preferred Qualifications Neonatal Therapist (CCH acute only): Graduation from an accredited program. 2 years experience in rehabilitation. Why Join Providence?
