Assistant Youth Sports Coach - Golf & Tennis (Part-Time)

Job Description

Make a difference, have fun, and get paid to play sports!
TGA North Bay is hiring Assistant Coaches to help lead our after-school golf and tennis programs for kids across Marin & Sonoma. No prior coaching experience required — we’ll train you!

Schedule

Core Hours: Monday–Friday, 2:00–5:00 PM (flexible, varies by school)
Optional Hours: Weekend clinics & substitute coaching opportunities

What You’ll Do

Help run fun, safe, and engaging after-school classes
Assist lead coaches with golf and tennis instruction
Manage small groups of kids and encourage participation
Set up and clean up equipment
Sub for classes when needed

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Reliable and punctual
Enjoys working with kids (ages 5–12)
Enthusiastic and positive attitude
Some golf/tennis experience helpful (but not required)
Must pass a background check
Must have reliable transportation to schools around Marin & Sonoma
